– If you cancel your trip 15 days or more before the departure date, you will receive a 75% refund of the total trip cost.

– If you cancel your trip 10 to 14 days before the departure date, you will receive a 50% refund of the total trip cost.

– If you cancel your trip 2 to 9 days before the departure date, you will receive a 25% refund of the total trip cost.

– If you cancel your trip less than 2 days before the departure date, or if you do not show up for the trip, you will not receive any refund.

– The refund will be processed within 15 working days after we receive your cancellation request.

– The refund will be made in the same currency and mode of payment as you paid for the trip.

– The cancellation policy applies to all our trips, unless otherwise specified in the trip details or booking confirmation.

– In case of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, political unrest, health emergencies, or other force majeure events, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the trip at any time. In such cases, we will offer you a full refund or an alternative trip of similar value, depending on your preference and availability.

– We recommend that you purchase travel insurance that covers cancellation fees, medical expenses, and other potential losses in case of any unexpected events during your trip.
